Mukombero, or white ginger as it's commonly known in Kenya, is becoming a popular alternative to commercial aphrodisiacs such as Viagra. It has many names in Africa, especially mukombero in Kenya, where it is said that chewing the root of the plant or drinking it in the form of tea can increase virility and endurance in the bedroom. From the herb, scientists have extracted a chemical compound, icariin, which is said to have an activity similar to that of Viagra and has the potential for fewer side effects. The Kenyan Wildlife Service does not include mukombero as an endangered species, but rather as a priority wildlife species for which breeding can be allowed with special permits.
Waridi Mukombero powder is rich in bioactive medicinal compounds such as sterols, tritapenes, alkanoids, saponins, tarnines, flavanoids, alkanoids, glycosides, phenols and terpenoids. A good diet and daily exercise should do the trick that mukombero chewers and those who eat tiger penises are looking for. Kavaka Mukonyi Watai, director of bioprospecting at the Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS), told the Daily Nation newspaper that mukombero is cultivated as a commercial crop in Florida and China. Until a few years ago, Mukombero sold for a few shillings (euro cents) per dose and promised performances worthy of an equatorial Rocco Siffredi.
According to Radio Netherlands, mukombero is available in Kenyan markets for just one euro, making it much cheaper than Viagra or other pharmaceutical products, which are too expensive for most users in Kenya. A gynecologist based in Nairobi, who prefers to remain anonymous, reluctantly admits that the scientific community supports the aphrodisiac properties of Mukombero. Studies show that mukombero has some aphrodisiac properties and can be a great alternative to Viagra with fewer side effects. A man named Wanyama laughs that 1 euro in Mukombero is enough to give him an erotic and “lethal” kick behind closed doors in a bedroom. Mukombero allows users to go further and be mischievous with other women and has guaranteed results. While the rhinoceros (because of its horn) and the tiger (because of its penis) may be suffering for no reason, mukombero can be a great alternative to Viagra with fewer side effects.
